1. Introduction

BoonFit Ltd operates in Merthyr Tydfil, Wales, and provides personal training sessions, fitness advice, and wellness support. These Terms govern your use of all Services offered by BoonFit.

2. Health and Safety Requirements

Before participating in any training sessions, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have consulted with a healthcare professional to ensure you are fit for physical activity.
• You will provide accurate information about any health conditions, injuries, or medications that may affect your ability to train safely.
• BoonFit reserves the right to refuse or terminate Services if participation poses a risk to your health or safety.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or directly with your trainer.
• Cancellations: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.
• Rescheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests made with more than 24 hours’ notice.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments for sessions or packages must be made upfront unless otherwise agreed.
• BoonFit reserves the right to modify pricing. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of Services.

5. Liability Waiver

You understand and accept that:

• Participation in physical training involves inherent risks, including injury.
• BoonFit, its trainers, and staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your participation, except where caused by negligence.
• You release BoonFit from liability for any claims arising from your use of the Services.

6. Termination of Services

BoonFit Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to Services at any time, with or without cause, including violations of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wales.
