How many days per week do I need to train?
My programs are designed to be efficient, requiring just 3 focused workouts per week. By maximizing key lifts and using optimized rep ranges, you’ll see significant results without needing to spend hours in the gym. However, there is room to do more. Workout however many days you are comfortable with and what fits around your daily schedule.
Will I need any special equipment?
Most of the programs and plans can be completed with basic gym equipment, including dumbbells, barbells, and access to a pull-up bar. Ideally, a gym membership will help.
Will these plans and programs work if I’m a beginner?
Absolutely. The programs, plans and app are designed to transform you into the best shape of your life no matter where you are starting. Beginners will be starting with lighter weights and advanced lifters will be utilizing heavier loads, and the training programs can be customized to suit your level, whether you're starting out or have been training for years.
Is there an introductory package?
Of course! While all of my plans offer exceptional value for money and are cheaper than most online or in-person coaches, by downloading the app you can join the self-directed programs at a lower cost. This gives you a great introduction to the app, while giving you the space to decide whether you prefer the self-directed plans or need to upgrade to personal training.
